You simply place this in the main shaft, then add the whisk and you can start mixing an airy brioche, a hearty wholemeal bread or a creamy yoghurt cake dough. You can then place the metal bowl directly in the oven and bake. A small recipe book with delicious baking ideas is included with the Magimix bakery set.
